BBQ Sauce

Recently I went to barbecue some riblets and found that I had no BBQ sauce. Since I am a little lazy, I went to the fridge to see what I can find rather than running to the store. I figured it cannot be rocket science to make BBQ sauce that would taste good. I came up with the following quick recipe and the family loved it;

Andrew’s Quick BBQ Sauce
1 – 1/2 cups of ketchup ( any kind, but I like Heinz )
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of PC Smoked Paprika
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of Sriracha hot chili sauce

Note: You can tweak the recipe to taste. You can add more hot sauce, add honey to sweeten it or add more spices. If you do not have Sriracha in the fridge, substitute with your favorite hot sauce.

Oops! You made it too hot? No problem! Add more ketchup or honey until it is your taste.

The beauty with BBQ sauce is you can taste and tweak it until you like it.
